I was thinking about canceling my Bushie order and going with an LMT barrel from ADCO, Eric made it sound as though he might be able to get the FS I'd send them on and turned back around in a couple of days if workload allowed. Well it turned out my Bushie barrel shipped out today and so it was not to be. I was really impressed by what they were offering to do and I feel these guys really bust ass to make a customer happy. If I can throw some business their way in the future I will. Seem like really good folks.

Another happy customer here from ADCO, Just got my 2 uppers today and boy did ADCO did a great job. Super fast service and I got my upper back in 10 days door to door. ADCO is Highly recommended.

Do I need to call them before I send them an upper to have the barrel threaded or can I just send it in with a note telling them what I want and a cc#?

They must have a great repuation, especially since my lone dissenting post was zapped. I had previously posted that they failed to return my email for a quote and it was zapped without explanation....

I also received my barrel back from Steve at ADCO last night (7 business days after sending it out). Great job, no machine marks and the Phosphate coating looks great.
Barrel is already installed. |

I received a RRA upper receiver from ADCO that was not perfect. The gas tube hole was off center, and I couldn't make my YHM 2-piece fore-grip 4-rail line up with the pper's rail. I sent Steve an email, and within a couple minutes, he had responded, asking for my address, statining he'd ship me a new one. And a couple minutes after that, I got a second email from the post office that a mailing label had benn generated. Steve even put a few bucks cash in the box to ship the first one back. I will keep buying from ADCO as long as I build AR's.

I had them thread two barrels. They got them on Monday and I received a UPS shipping notification on Thursday. And the barrels look great.

+1 for Steve and ADCO. I ordered an A3 upper last Monday, asked to have the barrel shortened , threaded and contoured to govt.profile. Received it today and it looks great. I love the balance of the 18" lightweight barrel, and I can focus on the front sight!(it's a bitch to get old and lose your close vision).
I can't wait to get out and zero the irons. Great price and service from ADCO thanks DW |

Adco,
Here's what I have and what I would like to have done: 1) I have an RRA M4 type upper with a fake permanently attached flash hider. I would like that taken off and have a Vortex flash hider installed 2) also on the RRA, I wold like a bayonet lug added, even if that means replacing the front sight block, 3) I have a SAM7 AK variant with a milled receiver that I would like the factory brake removed and add a Vortex, Phanthom, or A2 type flash hider added (if the barrel can just be threaded so I can remove the flash hider, fine, if not legal, I would need it permanently attached, 4) would like to have an ACE folder for my milled receiver AK (Arsenal Inc). Can or are you willing to do the above, and if so, how much and what do I have to do? Note: on the AK, I would send the whole rifle. On the AR, just the upper. |

Another +1 for ADCO. I sent mine away to get the Phantom installed. Was going out of town for a week so I asked if they could keep it for an extra week so it wouldn't be sitting by my front door until I came back. Got it back the very next Monday!

Another big +1 for ADCO. I sent an RRA 16" barreled upper, which I had bought from them 6 months prior, to have an A2 installed, and it was 8 days from my door, back to my door. And it looks excellent. All of my AR business will be with ADCO.

20" Colt HBAR upper- Turned down to Gov't profile, new FSB with nasty bayonet lug, and added A2 flash suppressor. Great job, great turn-around, great folks. Bottom line: a great place to spend my hard-earned dollars! |
