Local Gander has Adcom Most 98 head stamp if not all, for $3.99 a box.. I haven't had any problems with Adcom yet, but i know some guys have.. Should i score it up or is that higher priced for Adcom? the way i figure it it's 1000 rounds for abut $200. any thoughts?

Thanks

If 855 is your thing then the 98 Adcom is decent fodder. $200 a case is not a bad deal. If you would rather have M193 then I would hit AIM up for thier Guatamelan M193. It is also $200 a case. Pay tax or shipping. Your call.

just be sure to take a look through the lot numbers/headstamps, I found some 99 (after I bought it )mixed in with mostly 98 at the local Gander Mountain

I would get it, my local gun store sells it for $10 a box. I actually had to try and stop myself from laughing when I asked the price of it.

I got about 300 of the 98 headstamp. I've shot about 3 boxes and most was pretty accurate. I had a few blown primers and ftf's. One screwed up the case so much I just chucked it in the woods. I wasn't aware that the 98 had any problems. Even at 4 bucks a box I think I like wolf better because of the ratio of bullets that actually work.
