I did not find anything on trijicon's website that stated the MOA size of the dot on the horseshoe reticle.  Does anybody know?

I can't find the documentation on Trijicon's new site, but I have the TA31H and when I was researching it before I purchased it I found it was 2 MOA at the center dot (100m mark).
