on ammoman.com they're selling some 80grain federal match king xm223m1 and says ONLY FOR USE IN THROATED MATCH GUNS.  DO NOT BUY THIS UNLESS YOU HAVE ONE."

so this cannot fire in a regular old bushy xm15 CAR?

also, is 69gr fine to shoot w/ a 1/9twist barrel?

You can not shoot 80 gr in a normal barrel, that is correct

You can shoot 77gr and down in 1/9 Ive had good luck shooting 75 & 77gr in a 16" 1/9 barrel. Jus buy a box or two at first.

It should chamber and fire in a Bushie 556 chambered rifle but accuracy will be dookie due to slow 1:9 twist.
