Dumb question here....is the stock chamber brush too small to effectively clean?

i never tryed it, but a 5.56 round is much smaller than a 6.8, so i never even tryed it.

I've looked for one too - no joy.  I do use the 5.56 chamber brush on my 6.8 because the back bristles seem to do a decent job on the barrel extension.

Try a .40 brush for the chamber, gonna have to use a standard M16 bore brush for the barrel extension though.  If the .40 brush doesnt work on the chamber, use a .45 brush.
