Hey Gang,
I am new to the AR15 and I am probably going to purchace a 6.8 top for my bottem. The only problem I have is magazine support seems to be weak. Is this format unsupported in general within the industry? This format is by far balistically supperior to the 5.56 / 223 versions but if the industry support is not there it may create some concern to me.

D&H will be releasing 6.8 mags. You'll be able to get them from all the usual suspects (Bravo Company, 44Mag, Palmetto, etc). Last time estimate from D&H was early Q2, but this is subject to change. Max COAL will be 2.287".

D&H makes outstanding 5.56 mags, so we can hope their 6.8 mags are equally well designed and made.

ETA: 25 rounders to come first, with 5 and 10 round mags to follow.

For handloaders, PRI allows you to load to 2.300"+

Go over to 68 forums for any info you need on the 6.8. There was a mag thread there yesterday.

This. The only drawback with PRI is the cost of the mags.
