Hi all,

What parts on a 6.5 Grendel are different than a standard ar15? I know the barrel, magazine, and bolt are, but would I need a different lower and upper receiver? I am trying to figure out what standard parts can be used and what are Grendel specific. Is there a good site that details this? Thanks.

Yes, barrel bolt and magazine. Apparently M4 ramps are also good for Grendel.

Yup.  Built 4 so far with #5 on the way.  Barrel, Bolt and Mag.  All you need different.   I have used a 556 mag once in the grendel.  Forgot my grendel mags at home.  Worked in an emergency but was iffy on last couple of rounds.
