Ok, I'm asusming this won't work, because mif it did everyone would have been all over it by now. Since the 6.5 Gendel is based on the 762X39 (I know that the 6.5G has some different demensions beyond caliber difference) will the new 25 round mags work with the 762X39??

I doubt it will work. The 6.5 Grendel has much less taper than the 7.62x39, so the Grendel mags don't have the appropriate curve for 7.62x39.

If you happen to be looking for 7.62 x 39 mags, I have a few brand new ones I'd part with.

At $22.95 a pop, (special deal, short time only) I wouldn't even wait for someone else to guess... I'd order one to see for myself. If it doesn't work, then hold it for a couple months or so until the sale ends and 6.5 Grendel Wolff ammo comes out, then sell it on the EE for $25.

What brand are those mags and what capacity?

CProducts out of Florida is currently in the pre-production phases for a mag for 7.62X39 AR's. They have a well-deserved reputation for products of the highest quality and I, for one, am really looking forward to this introduction. I'm the proud owner of one of those 7.62X39 AR's and I would really like to get my hands on truely reliable, higher-capacity mags for the thing.

You can see a more extensive post in trhe MAGAZINE section.
