Same range and iron sights, with a 20 incher, without the crosswind, I can keep on a 12" plate until I get tired (about one mag).
I can hit bowling pins offhand with irons out to 100 yards at about 50%. I get worse as I get more tired. |

I usually use simple 8x10 sheets of paper. For the most part I can keep 25-29 shots on paper, standing, 16" bbl., using a red dot. Probably half that with irons. I guess we are in the same ball park.

14.5" M4 standing I can put them on a 10 x 8.5" piece of paper.

Standing with irons, I can keep most of the on an 8x12 piece of paper. With a good 1907-style sling I can bring that down to about 6".
