While ever rifle is different and barrel lengths come in all sizes (as ya gave no barrel or rifle info in your post) please don't take this a gospel.
I use both the 77grn SMK and the 75grn match HPBT rounds and plink w/ Q3131A, so this is info based on an LMT 14.5" 1/7 twist M4, zeroed at 50 yards using an Aimpoint ML2.
At 50 yards the difference is miniscule, in the 1/4-1/2" range.
At 100 yards the difference is about 1", (with the 55 being higher than both the 77 and 75)
At 200 yards the difference is only around 2", (again w/ the 55 being higher)
Hope this is some help, but with every rifle being different ya really should know what YOUR rifle's capabilities are in this regard and not trust heresay of other's rifles.
Mike
ps - as I been shooting the 77grn SMKs for quite some time now, one of the very first reasons I choose the Q3131A as my plinkin ammo was #1 it shot tighter in my rifles than XM193 and #2 the trajectorys w/ the Q3131A were very close to my 77SMK trajectories, making them easy to shoot using the same 50 yard zero.
