I was told the Muzzle Brake for a do it yourself installation is done with epoxy, not threaded.  Is this true, and if so, how does the installation hold up?

I installed the AA muzzle brake on mine. It’s not threaded. I think this is the same stuff AA uses if you send it in. Seems to work real good. Mine hasn’t come off.

The AA muzzle brake is held on by set screws and some sick-ass Loctite.  It is fastened the same whether you do it yourself or not.  

I have never heard of one flying off yet, and mine has a few hundred rounds through it post-brake instillation.
