Can I add a flare launcher to my post ban bushy M4?  Specifically, is it legal and if so will it mount on the Bushy M4?

yes it is legal and yes on your barrel, they dont seve much purpose but I like shooting flares out of mine.

just wanted to add:  The only place that it is illegal to do is California.  (at least that's what the warning in the catalog states.
