Yes to suppressed/non-suppressed & sonic/subsonic.
As for build ideas, the only difference is the barrel...and they look like 5.56 barrels so pretty much limited to whatever you want. |

That's what it's best at.
Better get a 'pistol' lower or you're looking at $400 & a loooong wait on federal tax stamps paperwork on the barrel & suppresor. |
