I was just wondering what folks thought about the 25th anniversary Bushmaster AR and if it was a good buy for what you get.

I believe you are paying some premium on it but not a large one. You do get quite a bit of extras on the gun. It's certainly a cool gun and should be lots of fun to shoot.

There is also the Blackwater AR that has about the same features at about $1000.

i have one and i shoot the hell out of it. I also changed a few things on it so I really should have bought one custom and built it myself. i love it and its pretty damn accurate not that Im a marksman or anything my recommendation is if you are going to keep it as is then buy it if you are going to change things then buy another one the shiny stuff for me is the next thing getting changed i like it but not that much
