Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - 20" upper

I have a relative who is putting together his own AR bit by bit, he wants it to be either an A2 or A3 with the 20" upper.
From my research, it seems that there are not as ,many 20" options as there used to be.
Can anybody here suggest a good company?  I've told him to check out J&T.
