Make sure you have something of a shoulder (larger than .5") behind the threads if it needs a washer or you will mount a sound suppressor. If you use a lock washer this needs to be at least .625", with a crush or peel washer it could be less.

The 28 means 28 threads per inch.

Again my barrel OD is between .570" and .590" so it doesn't look like it would meet the requirement you specified. |

I should add, though, that it's going to be pinned to meet the 16" requirement, so in that case would I need a washer? It will need timed so you will need a crush washer, peel washer, or shims. I think the ID of those are about .525" so .57" should be enough of a shoulder. Dustin |
