I've had good success (1moa)in my 16" with just about every brand of *quality* factory ammo, i.e. expensive.  There's a big difference when stepping down to PMC plinker stuff.  Even better in the fluted 20" I sold a few months back.

Also making a difference would be the use of a bipod (Mine are Harris), optics, and a good match trigger.   There's a lot of potential with the little V-Match.

I have a bush Vmatch with M4 16" barrel and TA11. With great 52-55 grain match or similar ammo I manage roughtly 0.8" at 100yds from bench. With Q3131 I get 1.8" or so.
