Any opinions on quality? Good as BM or RRA? I welcome opinions from Bravo Company USA and those not affiliated from the company.

Better IMO.

I've had all three you mention and the LMT was superior on all accounts.

I expected the fit/finish/quality to be about the same, but I was very (pleasantly) surprised when I opened the box.

I just ordered the LMT 16" Upper for my build. I hope it works out like the above posts!!

Also, I have a bushmaster that has the feed ramps cut into it. this is a factory bushmaster rifle. If bushmaster does not cut the ramps, then what the hell did I get?

My friend ordered a 14.5" M4 upper from BravoCompany and it's a thing of beauty. The only thing I saw that was out of the ordinary was that the front sight base isn't attached with the taper pins you would typically see. Instead, it's attached with straight pins (not sure if that's such a big deal).

They are taper pins, they`re just smaller diameter.

Ok, after reading the post on ramps I am sure that the ramps in my bushmaster are rifle ramps...

Unless LMT Made uppers for bushmaster for any reason, but who know!

I have the LMT M4 Upper, and could not be happier with it.

I didnt get it from Bravo but have gotten other items from them and would give them 2 thumbs up...100%

Better than BM and RRA.

I have been extremely impressed with teh reliability and accuracy of my LMT 14.5" M4 upper. I am on 4 or 500 rounds now, and no malfunction of any kind.

I am running it with an LMT enhanced bolt and standard carrier. I am pretty sure it is an M16 carrier, I just noticed that it is VERY different than a BM carrier I have in another rifle.

Today I shot a few quarter sized gropus at 50 yds with it using an aimpoint... but then started having issues with the point of impact moving AGAIN (this is due to the mount I am using I believe, and not teh rifle).

The finish is good.... it matches the BM lower (also made by LMT, L serial number) perfectly. It came with a slight scuff, from the vise, as many LMT uppers do.

The only other issue I have had with it is that the barrel is SLIGHTLY overtorqued, resulting in needing 8 clicks to the left to zero (which is within acceptable range). This didnt bother me enough to send it back to LMT, but if I did they would fix it (very good customer service fro what I've heard). And overtorqued barrels is pretty common in all makes (with the possible exception of Colt). I've heard of it with BM's lots of times.

LMT's M4 upper is superior to ones made by BM or LMT. They use better barrel steel than RRA, and chrome line standard, and are 1/7 twist and have M4 feed ramps.

IMO if you want an M4gery, there are two options. LMT upper and any quality lower, or the Colt 6920.

Well I first fired a few through the Colt. Then 180 rounds through the LMT. Both were FLAWLESS... I had to use the Colts C/H sights on the LMT. Only a few clicks to the right and I was on target. I must say the LMT was all that of the COLT. The mag well is a little snugger on the LMT, but I can not call that a flaw.

COLT = Safe Ho

LMT = Range Ho

I would get another LMT in a heart beat.

If anyone is looking. I saw a LMT on the EE for $975. That is a good deal for such a fine rifle. If its anywhere as nice as mine.

Sounds good. I just ordered my lower from Denny. Hopefully I'll get the upper before X-mas. I'm just not sure if I should get a 14 or 16 yet. LMT feedback makes me feel better about my purchase.

Colt = safe ho..... I guess all those REAL M4s in the sandbox are secretly LMTs...

I think he's saying he's going to keep the colt in the safe to maintain value, and he's going to shoot the LMT.

I don't believe his statement had anything to to with battle worthy.

Ah I see, I guess I just misinterpreted his comment...maybe because there has been so many Colt sucks threads.

Paul, maybe you can answer this for me:

On the 16's you have had thru your shop, were the barrel's marked MP?
