set the breach to 0. the gasblock is about 7inches or so (same distance for both). This means the pressure is the same at the gas block. Since the 11.5". has the extra inch, it has more dwell time. Its a double variable: pressure(due to the distance of the gasblock from the breach) and the dwell time(due to the amount of barrel in from of the gas block.
