Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Bushmaster 20 Inch HBAR 1-9 Twist Barrel Accuracy

Anyone have any experiance with the 20 inch HBAR from Bushmaster? I have a 20 in Bushey that I remover the front sight on and installed a hogue free float tube and a YHM front gas block. I havn't shot it yet but what can I expect from good ammo? It is a 20 in crome lined HBAR with a 1-9 twist.

I've had a few.
Very good in my experiences.


I've put 20 rounds of AE 223 55 FMJ into 2.2 inch at 100 yards with a 10x scope recently just goofing off.
Pretty fast shooting.
