Hey guys found a site that has .50 cans for about 4 bucks a can just figured id let you guys in you can find them here go all out

I bought a bunch of cans from them last month and was very pleased with the condition of the cans. The shipping charge was very reasonable to me. I can never find cans locally anyway.
believe it or not i just received both my cans today and omg the condition was absolutely amazing they might've been painted over but excellent condition no rust, even has the marking for the .50 cal thing on the side, id buy more in a heart beat |

10 bucks to ship a damn 4 buck can! kinda dumb to pay over double in shipping than what the cans worth!!!
They either have to be boxed up in sturdy cardboard or they'll get a $5 per item charge from UPS, as bare metal containers cause extra wear-and-tear on their conveyor belts. And remember that they're quite heavy, too, which increases the costs. -Troy |

Sweet!!! I was looking for some and a local shop wanted $15 bucks each. I just got 4 cans for $24 and change shipped!
glad someone benefitted |
Yup....thanks again! |

This is a good shipped price! $35 for 5 .50 cal cans shipped! |
I don't have enough ammo for even the 4 .50 cans I have now........shame shame on me
Let us know when you find some ammo for us to actually put in the cans
I didn't pay that much. I ordered five SAW cans and three .50 cans and the shipping was $19.24. It was one big and heavy box that poor UPS guy had to deliver. I think the shipping was quite reasonable. |
Just bought 10 Cans for 63.00 delivered! Good shipping deal on larger quantities.
6.30 each to the door |
I have probably 25 ammo cans in my garage that are brand new....yes, sitting empty. I just don't want to deal with shipping them...what a PITA!

For shipping to WI, the magic number was 11. $23 shipping, order 12, and it's $38.
Ordered last Mon, still haven't seen em yet. |
Hey guys. Post reviews and pics when you get your orders. I'd like to see what condition the cans arrive in.
Sweet!! Those looks awesome....can't wait to get mine. Kinda wish I ordered more now..... |
Wow. Those appear to be in really good condition. I think every single can I bought either locally or through Widener's (Grade A) had at least a little rust. Yours look new. |
I got my cans yesterday via UPS. They were in awesome condition and not a spot of rust. Seals look to be perfect. Thanks again DepletedUranium!!!
Yw, just do me a favor and spread the word to everybody, i wish i got some sort of commission out of all this, but i guess the satisfaction of knowing you guys paid much less then you would've anywhere else is enough for me |
Ordered on teh 14th, got them on the 24th. Mine look like DU's pics.
damn, those look nice
after I saw the pictures, I had to order some. damn you ARFCOM!!! BRD strikes again |
If you don't want your wife lugging a .50 can full of .223 around on the move what would be the size down for 1/2 that weight? thanks
just get a bigger wife |

Just ordered my 11......thanks for the "magic number" |

Received 10 today and they look good. I'll be ordering more. I'm surprised I received them at all the way they were packaged. 2 corners were ripped half way and 1 corner liked a couple of inches be completely ripped open.
Just ordered 5. This is the where the cost of shipping changes slope to be a negligible discount per additional can. The very best number to order is definitely 11 cans according to my calcs. If not 11, 5 is also a good cutoff point.

The best thing next to the condition is their selection. A couple months ago, I picked up 4 tall 50 cal cans, which easily hold a case of 1000, so I don't have to split it between 2 regular 50 cal cans. I also picked up 4 fat 50 cal (saw cans), which hold 30 each 30 round magazines standing on end with a couple more laid on top. I was very pleased with the almost pristine condition of all eight cans.

Just ordered myself 11 of these bad boys for $6.33 shipped each. Can never find these things locally and when I do they are like 12-15 bucks!
Will finally be able to sort out all my mags and ammo the way I want to. Good find! |
Just got my cans. They are in the best condition I've seen, like new. Just load em up and store away.
Mine have large white paper labels on both sides saying 50 cal AP instead of the cool yellow paint stencil. Had I been certain they would be this nice, I would have gotten a few more. |
Got mine today (8) and they have the same big white sticker on the side. They are in great shape, but would have preferred the yellow paint myself too. I am guessing they just had the ammo pulled and the cans were sent off for sale. |
The sticker peels off easy. These aren't as nice as the first 10 .50 cal cans I got. They look like they were made by a different manufacturer. I only got 2 this time along with 4 .50 cal -10" tall and 4 S.A.W. Box. These looked better.
Yep, just got my 11 today... same white sticker. No cool yellow stencil, but no big deal.
All of these cans are in great shape. No rust anywhere. Very happy with my purchase. Will have plenty of storage for a while. |
Eh, figured that I'd better hop in before it was too late. Ordered 8 50's, 2 fat 50's, and 2 .30cals. Came out $6.50 each shipped. Not bad at all!
Hopefully they'll look as good as DU's. Thanks for the link bro! -X |

For some reason they felt flimsy to me compared to some other cans I have. Anyone else notice it ???? |
