Hey all,

First of all, I am not a 300blk guy.

A friend of mine got divorced and gave me 3000 rounds of ammo.

It’s Hornady Custom “300 wspr/blk, 110 vmax”.  The box says 8089.

On the label it says “300 whisper interchanges with 300 blackout”

Half the of the ammo cases (the actual ammo stamp) are printed 300 whisper and half say 300 blackout.

Are these all safe for a gun in 300blk?

Thanks in advance.

Yes, it is safe to shoot 300 whisper in a 300 blackout gun.

Safe to shoot, and unless you want it yourself, now is the time to sell.

Not any time soon.  But T/C guys might pay a premium for Whisper ammo for their Contenders.  It is a popular caliber in that platform.
