I use both Bulgarian and E. German in my SAR-2. The Circle-10 Bulgarians fit without a hitch. The Circle-21 Bulgarian mags require some dremel tool work. I now only own Circle-10's.

For whatever reason I am rather anal about putting specific mags in specific rifles- I have 2 SAR2s and dont like to put my bulgy mags in them cause they simply wouldbe be used by the ROmanian Army like that.. I stick to either the EG bakelites or the metal Ak74 mags....

The Bulgy mags go with the Bulgy rifle...

Bakelite East German mags have always ran well for me.

some Bulgarian mags will need to be fitted for the SAR-2 rifles....stick with the EG bakelitse and you will be fine..also the Tantal mags (both steel and plastic) work fantastic
