I got a used wasr from my local gunshop and it has scratches on the reciever and other places what would be the best way to do it and what product would be the best to repaint it, or reblue it?

I think most people round here are using the brownells stuff. Spray it on, bake it, and your good to go.

by all accounts, Duracoat from Lauer Weaponry is the way to go. no baking needed, and it can be applied over the existing finish. you would need to degrease the surfaces, and you need to apply it with a spraygun. they offer a host of color options to boot.
