went to the rangge the other day with :500 rounds of wolf  1 wasr10 and some targets.
on round 350 or so i hear a click figure im empty so i remove the mag to find about seven rounds still loaded (wasnt counting the rounds just dumping mags). so after about 50 -70 seconds of holding the rifle in a safe direction i pull the charging handle and eject the round, the primer is gone but other than that it looks like a round just pulled ota the box. so what happend and why.

so if this is a realy stupid noobie question but if i dont ask i wont know.

I was just kidding..No telling best just to chuck the round and be done with it..It's dangerous to fool with a dud round...But there is really no telling, when you say the primer was gone do you mean it was struck by the firing pin or is just gone????

I've had a few round of Wolf that the primer failed in them lately.. Look inside your gun for the primer, It may have came out, mine did..

If your round had no powder in it, the primer would have caused sufficent pressure to lodge the bullet in the bll..

I had the same thing happen I found the primer in the reciever. It just came out
so you might want to look for it in your gun. Defective ammo for sure
