hi guys,
i too am thinking of geting an sks. i never have fired one. how fast can an sks be loaded.
is it capable of making 200 yard hits on man sized targets?

With A stripper clip you can load it pretty fast.
200Yd hits.
Deffinitly, But youll need to practice.
I can routinly hit 6 inch steel plates at 150 yds.
You have to remember these are not the most accurate guns in the world.

I think you'll find the Yugo is more accurate than your run of the mill AK and has a little better range as well.  The Yugo also doesn't have a chrome lined bore so the accuracy will be a little better than the ones with the chrome lining.  I didn't get mine from AIM but I have to tell you it is an awesome weapon.  Should give you years and years of good shooting.  Good luck.
