It is easy if you can figure out how it works. First you take thumb lever and push it counter clockwise with loading slot facing you.(Bullet-like guide insert show you the way to point it.) Second,slide bullet into space provided. Third, pull lever down to push bullet to top of of magazine. These simple steps must be repeated every time for all 75 rounds, so expect your left thumb to get real sore, because the Russian design team put the curve the wrong way and the tab is to small. The bullets do come out real fast but the loading time is a little long in comparision to the Chicom ones. Also you can not store the ammo in this one either.Remember I was the one askin' on how to load this one, but I figured it out on my own while whatchin' WWE RAW last night. I also loaded up a 100 rd. and three 75rd. Chicom drums also. My opinion is the Chinese ones for Store "n" Shoot and the Russian "NEW" one for plinkin'. Gone Postal

Well it is nice to see that some people do get up with the chickens in this day n age. The thumb is doin' better, still a bit puffed up. I hope this drum is goin' in the right direction or I have a real oddity here. I may claim it is from Poland and no offense to the Poles, for every nationality has a few little jokes about them and most in my national makeup are relitives. Just makes the drum a little more novel lookin'

Found to load it right is as follows:
First: Face drum dummy round pointin' out from your body.
Second: Place index finger left hand hookin' around lever tab.
Third: pull lever up and dummy rounds drop down.
Fourth: While holding lever up, insert one round of ammo in slot.
Fifth: release lever and bullet will lock in place, with resoundin' click.
Repeat these steps 74 more times and change your left hand fingers occasionally for less strain on all. Then load and shoot'em off faster than ya loaded them in the first place.hinking.gif As per AK-47.net

An as you notice face the points away from chest, insert bullets primer end first. you be able to hook left index finga to match curve of lever, pullin' it upward to cause bullets (live or dummies) to drop. Good picture of the finish product to bad that condition doesn't last that long after the bolt starts movin'.heavy.gifHe who laughs last, laughs by himself.

Don't know but I'm startin' a time check as of about 0030 hrs. GST. I'll see if its works in a few days. Also found out it loads faster if the Drum faces you with the fingers of the left hand layin' along side the feeder/top, it  takes the pressure off your left thumb to cock the lever. The only problem I had was holdin' enough Ammo in my hand to make go faster.{See green18's photos for finger and thumb placement}
