just started rebuilding a romy kit--i wanted to know how i do the rivets on the front block...how do the rivets mushroom against the barrel?
please help

With the barrel out alot of people use modified bolt cutters
to squish the rivets. There is also a popular rivet squeezer,
the "plinker" type.

i did not have to remove the barrel...do i need to now?

its a rivet job, but thek it was already demilled. i did not have to remove any old rivets etc...

If the barrel is not removed you will need to do it.
You need to get inside the truninon where the barrel
goes to crush the rivets. You will crush them and then
press the barrel back. Check http://gunsgutsandgod.com/
