Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - ran out of elevation adjustment on Kobra

So i was shooting my Romanian SAR-1 with a Kobra sight out to 100 yds.  It seems I ran out of elevation adjustment and I'm shooting about 3-4 inches high.  Anyone else have this problem?  BTW I was using the single dot.

Did you just run out of the 'first lap' of adj, or did you lightly unscrew the top and resest the dial for another lap?
Hint- learn this in a baggie, so if you totally undo the top, the sprung detent ball is still in there.

Is your side rail sloped or parallel?

I unscrewed the top and reset the dial it just won't turn any more.  I thought my side rail was straight....I'll take a look at it tonight.
