Socandyman, I have both the same kits. Where did you get the underfolder, and what kind of condition was it in?Wood looks nice. Did you refinish the wood and metal?Did you reinstall the pistolgrip backing plate on both?

F@#king yugos. I thought I was a chicom guy. I now have 2 underfolders, 1 rpk, 1 m92. and I'm thinking a fixed stock is in my future as well as a non reinforced gun and a tubuk clone. So how many ak's are you up to candyman? BTW lookin good.

the uf was like new 98% when i got it
and the other was a bad bore gun but it has a perfect bore  the rec stubs had rust on them so they sold it as a bad bore all metal on both rifles was refinished the wood on the standard stock was sanded and finished with tungoil then sanded dull the wood on the uf has been refinished but it came in country that way ill take some pics of it in the am i havnt counted but i think im creepin up on 20 aks |
