It bolts to the bayonet lug.  I thought it would be better than the clamp ons.

I actually didn't look at the bipod you have listed, but I did have one that bolted to the lug.   It worked ok, but was heavy, and went away when I was tired of the monstrocity that my bubbaization had turned my beautiful rifle into.  

Seriously, bipods suck, except for rifles you don't carry much, or use for extream accuracy.   I'd say the SKS is not a Bipod-friendly platform.
