does any one out there know where i can get a bolt for my draganov build it needs to be 308 or 8mm any help would be great thanks

Your best bet would be CDNN investments .They used to sell the Chinese Drag in .308. The chinese where the only ones that made one in 308 to my knowledge. They may have parts. Its worth a try. There is one place that may have or may be able to make one  try www.dragunovpartsusa.com.
