I was thinking MAYBE putting a steel block on the inside of the receiver  with the receiver in my vise sideways and hitting the rivet head with a hammer what do you think?

The vise would  be under the steel block sorta holding the receiver up just a bit. if this wont work do you know any other ways i need some idea's im broke!

your squeezers won't reach?  i have 36" bolt cutters and they reached the UF rivets w/no problem.

I used 2 U-drives per side  for the short ones and a standered long rivet..

I use Harbor Freight 24" bolt cutters modfied and they have mashed the rivets in everything I have built to date. I paid $9.00 for them.

24" boltcutters will work for the lower rivets on an underfolder if you remove some metal from the jaws so they'll reach down there.
