First pic is crap but just wanted to show what rivet it is.
Here's a pick of the other side of the rivet. it's hard to see because it's pretty flush with the front trunnion. 
This is a Bulgarian 74 with a triangle sidefolder if it makes a difference. |

The other rivet in the first photo looks malformed also. You'd need to pull the barrel to fix that one. Where are you located? Maybe you could join up with a build party or someone with tools. If you can't find help here, you might try a gunsmith. |

You can make your own boltcutter rivet squeezer then sell it after you get your use out of it.
