Don't know. Just bought mine last week and have yet to shoot it. I bought the 16in. barrel. The one with the 22in. looked like a freakin monster.

I just put a scope on mine and have yet to try it out. I ave read people getting better grouping with Wolf .308 than with NATO spec suplus ammo. I'll be shooting Port and SA when I go to the range.

My first one would do 2-3" at 100yds offhand with SA surplus and iron sights. Never shot it from a bench. Current one is waiting on parts to complete the PG conversion, but I expect the same. Both have had the 16" barrel.

My 308 Saigas would do 2" with Paki surplus. Good handloads would frequently go under 1". Generally use 41gr imr 4064 with a 165gr Rem Corelokt. Very good load for deer.

Thats good to know. In the past week while surfing I have seen several posts where guys said they have gotten an inch with good ammo and 2" with surplus. I may just have to pick one of these up.

OK I finally got to shoot my S308 with POSP scope. I was using SA and Port surplus and started sighting it in at 50 yards. At 50 yards and a crappy rest I was getting some 1" groups. While sighting in my rifle double tapped with me pulling the trigger once, I thought it may have been a fluke. When I moved the target to 100 yards the rifle double tapped on my first shot so I packed up for the day.
When I got home it looks like the hammer was slipping off the disconnector. It was the factory hammer with a G2 disconnector. I've since taken out the factory hammer and put in the modded G2 hammer. I will try and go out again this weekend and see how she does at 100 yards. |

So a standard G2 set will not fit in the .308? Does Red Star make one that will?

Standard AK hammers will not fit. You have to cut off part of the hammer for it to work.
