How big a deal is it to take off the GL from the unissued Yugo SKS 59-66s now available.

Great resource! I've already done the trigger mod to mine to smooth the trigger pull and reduce it from about 12# to 4#. Feels like a different gun now!
This may sound sacreligious for this site. It is  the AK group afterall. But I am really torn between which I like best, my AKM or my Yugo SKS.
