Take a look at the link.  I'm not a huge AK guy to know if this is a fair price.  I didn't want to trash the guys post and see others had their posts deleted so I never saw what they said.  WTH?

they're rare, if someone really wants to pay, he'll pay it. if not, the seller will have to drop his price to a level suitable to buyers.

its a rip off, im sorry but theres no beating around the bush on this one...

same mags some time ago would be $25-30...now he wants 5257249587245 times his money in return, thats just sillyness....  thats like me listing my SAR-3 for  $346837496374634 and when someone stomps my post, have the mods come in and call it thread bashing, well yeah, but im charging an outrageous price, which no one in their right mind would pay...

Hmm...I could only imagine how much this guy would sell a hunter or od green ak for if he is selling the mags at $450.

I would not pay it, but I dont really think he is out of line. Maybe high,  but not into the "on crack" realm.

Very few of these mags came in.. Probably no more will..

People pay $150 for a Russian magazine, and they were made by the millions.

Maybe they're worth that much to him. I'm sure everyone here has some material things in there daily lives that they think is worth more than the next person. I've got a Harley motor and trans that I've built bikes around for 29 yrs. Do ya think anyone would give me a couple of million for it. NO. That's what it's worth to me. Gotta look at it in a different perspective. What's your wife or girlfriend worth to ya? Madtechcool

Exactly what Stottman said, so everyone just STFU!  If you don't want to pay the price for something that is EXTREMELY rare (the white magazine), then don't...plain and simple.

Sorry to burst anyone's bubble but the Artic White, new Bulgie mag I sold last year went for alot more than $150.  $450 is a fair price for those three mags IMHO.

I wouldn't be shocked to see him get his price. These things were extremely rare. I think they were only $20 something when they came in, but barely anyone got their orders filled.

Like a dumbass, I traded mine for some plum 74 mags when they were really rare (of course, 3 months later the country was flooded with cheap plum)

Wouldn't it just be a better idea to get a black polymer and paint it? I know if you use krylon infusion, the paint will fuse to the plastic? It would sure beat paying $150 a mag

for some people, rare stamps get them their jollies.

i use stamps to mail letters.

does that make them weird?  eh, maybe.

for other people, rare AK magazines are what keep the daddy juice flowin.

i use them to load with ammunition and shoot my guns.

does that make them weird?  eh, maybe.

everyone has their own collectible.  i personally wouldn't pay that much for three magazines, unless they were maybe signed by Mikhail or something.  doesn't mean someone else won't pay that much.  *shrug*

They were $39.95 back in the "good old days" of Chief Thunder. Sold mine to buy kits and pay for Mr. Sellars rifle builds.

Please do not post derogatory comments in his for sale thread.

Hope I didn't cause anyone else to do this, my original post in his thread was to be clear on the prices.  Some others apparently trashed it and were told to take it here.  So I thought I would.

Cut the guy some slack.
He's just trying to raise the cash to buy one of Ohio Rapid Fires new, reasonably priced .556 Yugo kits

I saw a white one go for $150 a while back, fast too.

Probably the only reason no one is buying them is because he won't split them up, and $450 is a lot of money, for most people, especially for 3 mags!

I sold my white, clear and green mags about a year ago in a BLAZE for $145 each. I should have asked more.
