AK and SKS pattern rifles are designed to be used with ammo such as Wolf. Myself I have ran countless cases of it through my rifles and never had any real problems. Of course in the course of maybe 20K rounds I have had a few FTFs, FTEs, and a handful of other odd maladies that may or may not have been ammo related, but nothing that I wouldn't have expected with any other brand of ammo if I had shot that much.
The only other ammo I have anywhere near that much experience with is Lake City 5.56, I have probably went through 10K of it, and I have had less issues with it, but I out that down to the higher level of QC at US plants than in Russia, but at the same time the LC ammo costs more, and the difference in quality is not even an issue when it comes time to buy, because the Wolf is so cheap and reliable. It is like the ninnies who will argue that one car is much better than another because one has a top speed of 215 vs 217MPH, there is a difference, but it is smaller than negligible, especially when the 215MPH car is half the price of the 217.
