Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Will I have a problem with this receiver?

My receiver has predrilled trunion holes.  The top 2 front trunion holes line up ok but the bottom hole is off about 1/32 nd inch.  I will have to file that hole a little to get it to line up with the hole in the trunion.  Will enlarging the hole cause me later problems with loose rivet?

no you are good to go
just put the front top 2 rivets in , then drill the magwell ones with the right bit and rivet those
you wont have a problem the rivet head will cover the egg shaped hole up 1/32 is nothing to stress about
