Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Why don't my numbers match

I just bought a new n-pap ak and the bolt and bolt carrier don't match the receiver is this normal. the bolt and carrier match.
 



Fixed the all caps thread title for you. Please don't do that again. I have a bad habit of deleting all cap threads.

Are you looking at the stamped numbers on it or the electro-penciled numbers? So I fully understand, the stamped numbers do not match with the rest of the rifle. Correct?

None of the receiver numbers match the bolt or carrier.
