You'll never see one, because they're still in use. The reason you see 5.45 kits out is because many former Warsaw pact countries are joining NATO and are adopting the 556.

There are WASR3s though...

K-Var has Bulgarian parts and kits occasionally. I got a .223 Krink kit from them a while back.

Of course Kvar will always have those in stock. I'll bet they've even got crates of pre-86 MG 1919s sitting in cosmoline that in 10 years they'll "Accidentally uncover"......
