What are the ATF regs on building your own AK from a FLAT?

I got banned For telling someone to build a 'paperless' gun. SOmeone reported the post to a mod and I have a month long ban.

It's perfectly legal to build your own firearm. IIRC, it needs to be marked with your info, and you're supposed to build it for "personal use" only, so you shouldn't sell it unless you're in dire need of money.
