Try Gunbroker, I just picked up a SA-M7 A1R at a decent price.

It's really not a matter of the BEST place to purchase an SA M-7A1, assuming you mean price...it's about what's available. If you can find one, buy it. They're getting scarce. One of my distrubutors, RSR Inc., is an Arsenal Inc., wholesaler and they're having major problems getting anything produced by Arsenal in stock. |
