No idea from the pic, but a weight of 59/60/70 grains should be a giveaway for the 3 companies that make 5.45 in Russia.

It should say on the back or side of the box somewhere.
I would bet it is Uly or Barnaul. Please let us know. |

Here is what someone who has it said.
"The top of the box is marked RAM Sporting Rifle Ammunition. On the side of the box it is marked JSC Barnaul Machine- Tool Plant, and they are 60gr.FMJ" So should I buy it? I need some 5.45 and it is a great price. |

JSC Barnaul is what you were looking for. Great ammo. Top of the line for Russian ammo.
I would get it if the price was right. |
