Hey guys what would be the best recoil reduction device (Muzzle Brake) I could get for my SA-M 7 r ?

Or is there something better?

Have you tried using a Bulgarian grenade recoil pad?

I've used the US clone '74 brakes on preban Chinese 7.62's and on registered select fire AKM's, and they do make a difference in recoil, especially when shooting full auto.

I think it would be effective.

+1 on 74 brakes, they're effective but they're kinda loud ...

i just put a Wolff extra power recoil spring in my rifle the other day, it cuts down recoil a lot and still cycles fine. i don't know if it'll soften up though, i haven't fired to many rounds with it.

I'd be somewhat concerned about increased velocity of the bolt carrier slamming forward. One big reason I don't like buffers, they shorten the cycle and increase the return velocity of the bolt carrier group and I've seen undue wear associated with them.

That little bear is soft on the arm..I've also heard that Wheaties may reduce felt recoil as well..
