What can you tell me about Norinco 7.62x39?, does it really offer any additional penetration?  If so how much?

Mild steel, Not real AP ammo, it is a minimal difference but people will still pay .35-.40 a shot for it because its getting more rare.

This is of course the original Chinese military steel core......not the newer China Sport commercial that I'm talking about.
