From what I know there are really only two names to choose from when it comes to flats. Either Tapco or Joeken. I have always used Tapco flats and have been happy with them. I have also noticed that the onces I have received just recently have been cleaned up a lot. The cuts seem cleaner, all the dimples are much nicer and the quality of the metal seems better. I have not handled any Joeken flats but am curious how they compare? Are the two about equal.

From what I know Tapco & Joeken are the only two in the game. I could EASILY be wrong. I think FAC had some for a while but who knows whats going on with them. Ive also heard that Vulcan sold their remaining stock but again who knows if this is true. I have heard that Joeken is selling flats from Ewbank receivers but this is all hear say. Ive heard so much opinion Im not sure whats true anymore.
