Just make sure to look it over carefully. Check for badly canted sights, make sure the barrell looks like it was drilled centered, etc. They are really nice AK's when SBR'ed.

$1500 wouldn't be out of line IMO. I would not pay that much personally but there are very few for sale so the prices have really gone up
