You could alway's get some IDF Galil pouches here: www.northridgeinc.com/ak47_sks.htm, they work great for AK mags ...

They look like there leather ,so a shoe maker/leather worker could make something like that.
If you want something similar out of cordura let me know i know a guy that makes tactical gear.

I believe they're locally made,.......................locally as in Asia.I've seen them in pics from Afghanistan and the disputed areas of Pakistan and India.
