Are these of decent quality?  They have what looks like a Dragunov stock.  Can this be changed over to the regular AK stock and pistol grip?  Any problems with these?  All info is greatly appreciated!

They're of typical Romanian quality which includes a thin parkerizing, rough machine work, random canted parts, but good shooting qualities. If you're referring to the single stack version, then you'll need to do extensive work to make it double stack and add US parts. If it's already double stack, then you'll need to add about $100 of US parts, but they'll drop right in.
